Returns/Exchange

You may return a product within 30 days from ship date, for a refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Please call our RMA Dept. at (909) 628-8300 ext.110 to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number ) or submit your return request along with order details via email to ethan@accutekimaging.com. Please provide your order number and detailed reason for your return. Please follow return instructions provided by our RMA Department. No refund will be issued for products received without proper RMA paperwork.

Products carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified. If a warranty situation exists, contact Accutek Imaging for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Accutek Imaging will not warranty any OEM products. Electronics items must be in factory sealed packaging to qualify. We can not accept it for return if the seal is broken. The warranty does not cover the damage resulting from the use or inability to use Accutek Imaging products.

If a part is returned because of non-defective reasons or Accutek Imaging is not at fault, a 20% of the purchase price (or $20 minimum) restocking fee (whichever is higher) will apply when the item is received in original condition. And, such a return request must be filed and approved within 30 days after item is originally received. All damage, shortage or discrepancies must be reported to Accutek Imaging within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a claim. If an item is refused upon delivery, customer takes 100% responsibility for payment of the return shipping back to us.

Replacement items will be shipped FedEx Ground or equivalent. For orders shipping outside of the lower 48 states, customers are responsible for shipping charges either to or from and for any reason.
